Fig 3.14 Photo shooting exercise, Week3 (12/5/2024)
From this photo shooting & editing exercise, I’ve learned how to add caption in screen and how to adjust their appear timing. The 8 type of photoshoot is little bit difficult because I couldn’t find the difference between MCU (Middle Close-Up) shot, Middle shot and Close-up shot. However take photo in pair work, I can notice the difference. It is good practice for photoshoot, adjust light sources, and edit them into one video.
Week3 asynchronous class materials are for understand how storyboard working in the pre-production process. It helps a lot of works such as camera angles, character movements, and so on. Storyboards are also helpful for us to make video work with saving time and resources.

REFLECTIONS
In these exercises, I could learn the basic knowledge of editing. And also it was the first time for me to learn photo shooting technique. I really confused the difference of close-up shot and medium close-up shot and it took several time to understand. However, after doing team work to master the camera shooting, I could understand the idea a little bit from beginning.
